- Plastic bottles are cut up into flake
- Plastic flake is melted down into chip
- Plastic chip is extruded into polyester yarn, with spandex added for stretch
- Yarns are knit into our custom performance fabric in Los Angeles

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We do ship internationally, however we do not offer free shipping on international orders.
Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for any taxes and/or duties applied to the shipment in the receiving country.
What happens for lost or stolen shipments? I never received my package.
I need to make a Route Shipping Insurance claim
- US: File claims no earlier than 7 days and no later than 30 days from the last shipment tracking update
- International: File claims no earlier than 20 days and no later than 30 days from the last shipment tracking update
- Make claim no later than 60 days from order date
- File claims no earlier than 5 and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered
- Orders over $100 USD require a police report
- File claims for damaged items with photos of the package and item (required) and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered
