What is your shipping policy?

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $100 or more.
 
*Shipment carriers continue to experience delivery delays. While we have updated our shipping timelines to account for these delays, please note that we cannot guarantee delivery timelines - even on expedited orders.
 

What is your exchange / return policy?

 
FREE EXCHANGES:
Let's get you the right fit! Exchanges are always free. Mark your exchange request on our EXCHANGE / RETURN form and send your order back in its original condition within 45 days of your order.
 
EASY RETURNS:
Products can be returned for a refund within 45 days of your order if still in their original condition. An $8 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund. To start a return, complete our EXCHANGE / RETURN form and print a prepaid return label. Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to hit your payment method. While we never expect product quality issues, any products with defects will be returned or exchanged free of charge.
 
HOLIDAY RETURNS:
Holiday orders have an extended return window. Orders placed between 11/1 - 12/31 can be exchanged or returned until Jan 15, 2024 or 45 days from the purchase date (whichever is later).
 
Please allow up to 5 business days for exchanges and returns to be processed after receipt by our warehouse.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Shipment carriers continue to experience delivery delays. While we have updated our shipping timelines to account for these delays, please note that we cannot guarantee delivery timelines - even on expedited orders.
 
Orders ship within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in California.
 
US Shipping Times:
Please allow approximately 5 - 9 business days for Standard shipping depending on your location, with addresses on the west coast shipping faster. If you chose an expedited shipping method, you can find your expected shipping time on your order confirmation.
 
International Shipping Times:
We cannot estimate shipping time due to country-by-country variances. Please contact us if you have concerns about your order.
 

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally, however we do not offer free shipping on international orders.

Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for any taxes and/or duties applied to the shipment in the receiving country.  

WHAT IS  microFIBER pollution?

Here's the deal: While making fabric from recycled polyester is a step in the right direction towards sustainable activewear, all performance apparel can still pollute the planet through polyester microfibers (pieces of fabric that fall off when you wash clothing). These microfibers can make their way through wastewater facilities, and ultimately end up in the ocean.
 
However, GUPPYFRIEND® wash bags are an easy-to-use solution that address the problem in two ways:
 
  1. The wash bag protects your clothes from abrasion as they wash so they don't break down and shed microfibers
  2. The wash bag collects over 90% of microfibers that do fall off your synthetic clothing while being washed

I never received my package!

Hang tight - we will work with you to make sure you get your gear!
 
If your order has been marked delivered but you can't find it, please note that sometimes orders can show up within 1-2 days after they are marked delivered. Be sure to check around your home or building (especially the mailbox) for a brown kraft paper mailer. If you still can't locate your package after 2 days, contact us at humans@madebymantra.co with more information regarding your situation
 
If your order appears to be lost in transit and your tracking information has not updated for 5 business days, please submit a missing package inquiry with the shipping carrier and contact us at humans@madebymantra.co with more information regarding your situation
 
If you think your package was lost or stolen, you will first need to file a claim with the shipment carrier (e.g. UPS, DHL, etc.) to try to locate the missing package. Once your claim has been filed, please contact us directly at humans@madebymantra.co with information regarding your situation and your claim number. We're here to help.
